Aspire Software announces intent to acquire Go iLawn property intelligence platform

Today, we're excited to announce the news that Aspire has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Go iLawn, an industry-leading online property measurement software that gives users the ability to find, view, and measure any property in the US or Canada in seconds. The addition of Go iLawn and its future integration with Aspire’s business management system will provide a seamless experience for Aspire users to quickly measure, estimate, and bid on new jobs and enhancements.

We're also thrilled to announce that all Go iLawn employees will join Aspire and will focus on the continued development of the Go iLawn solution. The Go iLawn team has done an outstanding job in creating an online property measurement tool adopted by thousands of contractors in the industry. With additional resources and investment from Aspire and its parent company, ServiceTitan, we intend to make it an even better product in the future.

Go iLawn helps landscape contractors save time and money in several ways:

• Contractors save countless hours by not having to walk a property to evaluate and measure it. As a cloud-based mobile-friendly application, contractors can access it from any internet-enabled device, anytime, anywhere.

• Go iLawn’s high-resolution aerial imagery and contractor specific tools can also be used to create site maps that can visually communicate job instructions and scope so that crews can work more efficiently.

• Go iLawn’s “Instant Estimator” lets landscape companies estimate as they measure properties. It gives them a complete understanding of their key job numbers so they can produce smarter proposals that make more sales and maximize profits.

Go iLawn will continue to be sold as a stand-alone solution. It’s a great product backed by a great team that offers tremendous value for contractors with specific needs for it. But with a future planned integration with Aspire’s business management system, contractors who purchase both solutions will see even more value from the sharing of Go iLawn’s property intelligence within the Aspire application.
