Streamline the rescheduling process
Use the new bulk rescheduling visits feature to save time and minimize scheduling errors. After the occurrence of a job delay, you can use this assistant to reschedule interdependent visits all at once instead of handling them individually. This feature streamlines the rescheduling process by automatically adjusting all related work ticket visits within an opportunity.
Actionable insights for Aspire usage at your fingertips
Get a snapshot of your company's performance metrics compared to similar businesses in the industry using the Health Scorecard. This report is now conveniently accessible within Aspire, allowing you to view your company’s own Aspire performance metrics with just a few clicks.
Improved time-tracking documentation
When users with the appropriate permissions adjust employee clock time records and save the Time Entry screen, the Time Adjustment Note modal will now display.
This modal includes the employee's name, original and updated clock times, and a notes field pre-populated with prior adjustment notes for the same employee on that date.
Administrators can enable the ‘Require Time Adjustment Note’ setting in Branch Configuration to make adjustment notes mandatory. When enabled, users must provide a reason for the clock-time modification and cannot accept time without it, helping to improve transparency for any changes made.
Easily track and analyze lost opportunities
This update prompts users to select a predefined Opportunity Lost Reason to ensure standardized data collection. Administrators can manage these reasons through the Opportunity Lost Reason search list.
Additionally, Opportunities advanced search now supports filtering, grouping, and sorting by Opportunity Lost Reason, while reports capture lost reasons and dates to improve auditing.
These updates provide clearer insights into why opportunities are lost and help refine future sales strategies.
