The Aspire team has been busy… finding ways to bring you more value, that is. 

We unveiled tons of new features and tips to maximize your productivity with Aspire at Ignite. Now, we have another round of enhancements developed to help you effectively manage your team, the hours they work, and the equipment they use - while also making it easier to launch integrated applications like PropertyIntel.

Quickly identify and schedule available equipment.

With the new Schedule Equipment role permission enabled, you can identify available equipment and add it directly to the scheduling board. 

We’ve also reorganized the Equipment Details screen, providing integrated navigation between schedule boards and enhanced operational efficiency, including scheduling for repairs and daily equipment use logs.

Launch PropertyIntel with ease.

Get to PropertyIntel from Aspire even faster with new launch points directly from the Opportunities and Estimates screens.

Improve your workflow and efficiency with the ability to easily access PropertyIntel for detailed work order information in a snap. 

Strengthen security across your organization. 

Aspire has consistently prioritized keeping your data safe and secure. 

Improve the protection of your company and customer’s data with strengthened captcha requirements and device authorizations that expire after 30 days of inactivity.

Accurately manage time with mobile enhancements. 

Based on your branch's needs, provide greater visibility to your crews for the time they've worked recently.

Our new timekeeping enhancements equip crews and managers with an audited workflow to request and review changes as needed. The Time Entry screen in Aspire can also highlight exceptions to configured meal breaks or consecutive hours worked.
