When you’re an award-winning design firm like Lifescape, you need a software partner (like Aspire) that rises to your standard of service.
Headquarters: Denver, CO
Years In Business: 42
Services:Landscape Architecture, Construction and Maintenance
Lifescape is more than a landscaping company. This Denver-based National Design Award winner not only makes magazine-worthy views for its customers, but does so in a sustainable and environmentally-friendly way.
Kevin assumed his first superintendent role over the maintenance operations at Scott Air Force base at the ripe old age of 23. He has since worked in almost every role of the landscape industry. Aspire provides him the framework and the tools to achieve his mission of integrating true, efficient business management into the green industry.
When you’re an industry leader, everything you do is to a higher standard. You have more information to manage, more employees to oversee and more customers (and business prospects) to care for. And that higher standard extends especially to your sales process.
National Design Award winner Lifescape in Denver, Colo., is no exception to this rule. To boost its sales tracking capability and centralize its list management, Lifescape chose a software partnership with the Aspire Software Company to meet its demanding standards.
Aspire’s Kevin Larson recently spent time with Lifescape owner Michael Hupf and his team of green/snow experts to implement CRM, Sales, Account Management and Estimating.
Implementing a Sales Management system is the first critical step in deploying Aspire. Done with an eye to how people will use the system and the information they most need to manage prospects and clients, Aspire can transform the sales process, customer service experience, and productivity of the Sales and Account Management staff. Based on this first step, Lifescape added the ability to:
Manage sales contact notes to better interview sales prospects
Manage prospect lists to better respond to sales opportunities
Use estimating templates and kits to increase upsell opportunities
Use accurate, real-time estimating and inventory for clients
Use the Multiple Overhead Recovery System (MORS) to set prices consistent for margin management
Lifescapes is employing all these new capabilities to create consistent best practices across the company and increase sales.
Aspire wishes to thank Michael Hupf and Heidi Kelly for their hard work and dedication to constant improvement within their company.
