Whether you’re cramming for a test or learning a new software system, a lot of the time, the information you “learned” is lost soon after the test. Not so with the team at Corion Landscape Management in deploying the Aspire Software System!
Hungry to apply the system’s features, Corion’s President David Arnold and Admin. Executive Megan Johnson worked with Aspire’s Account Manager and deployment leader, Dana Shaw, to set up the:
functionalities of Aspire within their company. This provided the knowledge and tactics for training their managers and crews.
As a result of this initial phase of the detailed Aspire Deployment Program, the Corion team is now able to:
Improve services and sales pipeline management by tracking client/prospect tasks, issues and appointments.
Estimate and bid jobs more efficiently using Aspire’s Kit and Take-Off features.
Utilize Aspire’s Quick Ticket feature so field techs can generate “on-the-fly” work orders for job costing, billing and more immediate service.
Use the reoccurring schedule features to produce a trackable annual service schedule, labor & material forecasting, and more efficient service routes.
Use the Purchasing Assistant module to buy/source job materials as required in the estimate (at the prices quoted) and cost the materials in real-time as the crew installs them.
With Aspire, Corion is able to “trash” their old spreadsheets and bid/manage their contracts in real-time. Corion is now training everyone in the organization to use Aspire and marrying it to best practice work flow and procedures. The result? Better management, lower costs and a fat sales pipeline.
Aspire wishes to thank David and Megan for their hard work and dedication to constant improvement within their company.
