Directed by Aspire’s account management team, Yard-Nique’s sales leaders invested three days in North Carolina to implement their new business management software system.
Improving efficiency and standardizing processes go hand in hand. The process that drives everything for production starts with estimating. Get this set up correctly and efficiency follows.
The goals for the working session were essential to produce this result:
Set up contract formats
Set up services and items in the bidding catalogs
Test estimate pricing and margins for consistency
Integrate property measurements with service production rates
Set up sales pipeline reports and dashboards
Once this setup is complete, the training of sales and estimating staff begins. The goal is everyone comfortable working together using the software every day.
Once everyone is trained the work begins. This is a wonderful example of the marriage of values and systems to produce a result. The Yard-Nique sales team now uses the software system to schedule sales appointments, track results, manage new prospects, and create and deliver proposals!
