Dana has 17 years of experience in the green and snow industries spanning from his native Boston to Washington State. He has a degree in horticulture from the University of New Hampshire, a degree in organizational leadership from Colorado State University and certifications in urban green infrastructure, natural resources and irrigation/water management.
In today’s business environment, it’s not enough to know your target market. You need to know your customers even before they know they need you. That’s why managing prospects, pre-bids and upsells is so important. That’s also why Dana Shaw from Aspire went to Florida to bring Palm Beach’s Property Works up to speed on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities of their new Aspire Software System.
During the training, Dana demonstrated how Aspire can help Property Works manage their upsells and enhancement sales, as well as keep better track of all potential clients and the services they may need.
As a result, Jason, Tony and the rest of the Property Works team can use Aspire to:
Build and manage prospect lists
Tag pre-bid process stages for their estimating functionality
Manage upsells and enhancements for their existing clients
Better use CRM in daily Account Manager tasks
In the near future, the Property Works Account Management team will be using Aspire CRM and activities to develop internal communications that will lead to better customer service and more revenue over the life of their service contracts.
