One of the greatest advantages of Aspire is being able to estimate, schedule and invoice projects in real time while the clients describe what they want. This allows the company, the client and everyone involved in the project to have more accurate timelines, price points and options to present, even as the information changes.
But a tool is only as useful and accurate as its user is knowledgeable. Aspire’s Dana Shaw headed out to Arizona to help DBL accurately use Aspire’s estimating features with an onsite Estimating Crunch.
As a result of the workshop, DBL is now able to:
Bid new business more quickly
Manage new clients with MUCH less paperwork
Get accurate margins and hours on jobs
Reduce costs by running lean on materials
Respond more quickly to new clients and sudden work orders (like natural disasters)
DBL looks forward to truing up costs and labor efficiency with Aspire in the coming years. This will ultimately allow them to grow and expand their business market.
Aspire wishes to thank Aric Budden and his terrific team; Claudia, Alec, Laurie and Candy, for their hard work and dedication to constant improvement within their company.
