With 50 locations in 20 states and more than 4,000 employees, LandCare is a nationwide giant in the landscaping business. How did they achieve such success and scope? Hard work and innovation … and the use of Aspire Software, of course.
Each year, LandCare hosts an industry-wide leadership conference at one of their locations to help leaders in the Green/Snow industry network, learn and share best practices. This year, the event was in San Diego, Calif. And Aspire’s Kevin Kehoe and Jon Gohl were there.
LandCare – A Case Study
In 2016, LandCare and Aspire Software joined forces to install a software system to run LandCare’s business. This system not only had to do what Aspire does for other companies, but it had to integrate with LandCare’s existing HR and Accounting systems.
Now, one year later, the Aspire system is up and running at LandCare and has become the primary software system in the company.
Aspire hosted “train the trainer” sessions to make sure system knowledge was cascaded down through entire company
LandCare now able to generate financial reports at branch level that assist them in managing their margins
LandCare generating and tracking accurate numbers company-wide, allowing them to phase out spreadsheets and paperwork
LandCare is now expanding account manager functionality in the system to streamline budgeting. They are also using Aspire to allow production supervisors to better manage their crews, saving both time and money.
