Aspire Payroll Features

  • Employee Records Integration

    One master system for employee record transactions such as new hires, benefits or pay rate changes, and terminations. No need to enter information twice into two different systems, which preserves integrity of data. Employee record updates are integrated in real-time between Aspire and IPS.

  • General Ledger Integration

    IPS supports both QuickBooks’ and Great Plains’ ledger modules for import-ready payroll journal entries.

  • CA Payroll Compliant

    Payroll services compliant to California payroll laws.

  • Payroll Export

    Payroll export file is uploaded to IPS and pre-mapped to immediately create the initial payroll file and pay stubs. We have built a custom two-way integration for IPS at a level not equal to other payroll providers. This results in less file manipulation and training time during Aspire deployment.
